When will I receive my order?

Our order's delivery time comprises two parts.

Once we receive your order, we process it within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and Sundays).

Once dispatched, your package typically arrives within 4-7 business days (excluding holidays and Sundays), depending on your Pincode.

Please note that deliveries to North-East India locations may take 7-9 business days after dispatch.

Occasionally, there may be a delay in the estimated delivery timeline of 1-3 days due to issues on the courier's end.

We partner with a logistics company, which means that once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we have limited access to expedite or modify the transportation method.

However, please rest assured that we will do everything possible from our side to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

In case the courier fails to deliver or does not attempt the first delivery within 10 working days (excluding holidays and Sundays) from dispatch, we can help you with a full refund.

What are the delivery charges?

We strive to provide you with the best value for your money.

Orders totaling 499rs or more qualify for free shipping.

For orders below 499rs, a nominal delivery fee of 50rs will be applied to cover the shipping costs. This way, we ensure that you receive your items conveniently and affordably.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of convenient payment options.

  • Additionally, we accept popular UPI payment methods such as Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, and other UPI apps available in India.

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns once the item has been delivered.

We do, however, offer free exchanges/Full refund on cancellation in the following cases:

  • Wrong personalization

Please note, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or if the product does not meet personal expectations.
