1. Providing Personalization Details:

  • We encourage customers to enter their desired names accurately in this field to avoid any discrepancies or delays in processing their orders.

2. Manual Confirmation:

3. Customer Assistance:

11. Picture Personalization Policy:

Picture Upload at Order Placement: Customers ordering a product with picture personalization have the option to upload their chosen image while placing the order. Providing the picture upfront helps us process your order seamlessly.

Follow-Up Process for Missing Pictures:

  • If a picture file is not provided at the time of order placement, our system will automatically send a request via WhatsApp message, reminding you to submit the image.
  • If there’s no response to the initial message, our team will follow up with a phone call. If the call goes unanswered, we will send a final notification via WhatsApp.
  • After sending this final notification, we will wait an additional 12 hours for a response

Order Processing Without Personalization:

  • If we don’t receive the picture file or a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to process the order without the picture personalization.
  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, no changes can be made to the product.
  • If, after processing (but before dispatch), the customer requests to add picture personalization, an additional fee of Rs 100 will apply to cover the reprocessing of the cover.

No Refund or Compensation:

  • Due to our thorough follow-up process, no refunds, returns, or compensation will be provided if an order is completed without the requested picture personalization.
