International Shipping Policy

1. Order Placement

We currently process international orders manually until our website is fully optimised for direct international checkout.

Customers are required to pay the following before dispatch:

Product charge (as per the order)

Shipping charge (based on the customer’s preferred courier option)

Payment processing fee (only applicable if the payment is made from outside India via PayPal or international cards)

If the payment is made within India for an international delivery, no payment processing fee will apply.


2. Shipping Partners & Courier Options

We ship international orders through Shiprocket or India Post, depending on courier availability to your destination.

Our team will share a rate card for both Shiprocket and India Post (where available).

Customers can choose the courier service that works best for them based on delivery speed and cost.

Shipping charges must be paid in full before dispatch.


3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines (as per courier partners):

Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country’s customs clearance or courier operations. While we coordinate closely with shipping partners, delivery speed is ultimately beyond our control.


4. Delays & Refund Policy

If your order is delayed by more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, we will issue:

A full refund of the product charge and (if applicable) payment processing fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the courier.


5. Customs & Import Duties

As stated in this policy, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any other charges imposed by their country’s customs authority.

These charges are determined entirely by the destination country and are not controlled or collected by Bop Canvases.

Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order. Any such charges must be settled directly with the courier or customs office to ensure successful delivery.


6. Order Tracking & Support

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link via email or WhatsApp for real-time updates.
Our team will actively monitor your shipment and assist with any courier-related queries or delays.


7. Address & Contact Details

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
Bop Canvases will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit, we will offer a full refund or a replacement order.

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images, and we will assist promptly.
