2. Shipping Partner & Charges

  • We have partnered with Shiprocket for international shipping.
  • Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges.
  • Our team will provide a Shiprocket rate card, allowing customers to select their preferred courier service.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • The estimated delivery timelines provided by our courier partners are:
    • Express Shipping3 to 7 days
    • Standard Shipping8 to 15 days
  • These timelines are subject to change due to operational issues on the courier’s end.
  • While we have limited control over courier operations, our team will actively coordinate to ensure timely delivery.

4. Delays & Refund Policy

  • In rare cases, if your order is delayed beyond 7 working days from the estimated delivery date:
    • We will issue a full refund for the product charge and payment processing charge.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the courier at the time of order placement.

5. Customs & Import Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country’s customs authority.
  • Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

6. Order Tracking & Support

  • Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link for real-time updates.
  • In case of delays or issues, our team will assist by coordinating with the courier service.

7. Address & Contact Details

  • Customers must provide an accurate shipping address and contact number to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Any delivery failure due to incorrect details will not be eligible for a refund.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
