Personalization Policy

At Bop Canvases, we take pride in offering personalized journals and planners to help our customers create truly unique products. To ensure a smooth and efficient personalization process, we kindly request our customers to review and adhere to the following policy:


1. Personalization Details Submission

Customers can personalize their products by adding their name and/or a picture (selected from our collection) on the product page before adding the product to the cart.

If personalization details are not provided at checkout, customers must submit them within 24 hours of placing the order.

Customers can submit their personalization details by:

2. Communication for Missing Details

If personalization details are missing, we will follow up via:

WhatsApp: A message will be sent to the WhatsApp number provided with the order. If the provided number is not linked to WhatsApp, our team will attempt to contact the customer via phone call.

Email: A reminder will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

Reminders will be sent as follows:

First Reminder: Within 24 hours of order placement.

Second Reminder: After 48 hours of no response.

Final Reminder: At 72 hours, notify that the order will proceed without personalization if no response is received.

3. Deadline for Submission

Customers must provide their personalization details within 72 hours of placing the order.

If no response is received after the final reminder, the order will be processed without personalization to avoid any further delays in processing and delivering your order.

Once the order is dispatched, no changes can be made to the personalization, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.

Bop Canvases takes full responsibility for following up with the customer regarding missing personalization details. However, if we do not receive a response within the stipulated timeframe, we cannot be held liable for the absence of personalization.

4. Proceeding Without Personalization

In cases where the customer does not respond despite multiple follow-ups, the order will be fulfilled without personalization.

A final notification will be sent via WhatsApp and/or email before proceeding.

5. System Glitches or Errors

While rare, there may be technical issues where the personalization details shared by the customer are not captured.

If this occurs, we will promptly notify the customer and follow the same follow-up process as outlined above.

6. No Liability for Non-Response

Bop Canvases will not be held responsible for missed personalization if the customer fails to respond to follow-up messages within the stipulated time frame.

By proceeding with an order, customers agree to this policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding personalization, our support team will review the communication logs to resolve the matter.

Customers are encouraged to respond promptly to avoid misunderstandings.
