Personalization Policy
At Bop Canvases, we take pride in offering personalized journals and planners to help our customers create truly unique products. To ensure a smooth and efficient personalization process, we kindly request our customers to review and adhere to the following policy:
1. Personalization Details Submission
Customers can personalize their products by adding their name and/or a picture (selected from our collection) on the product page before adding the product to the cart.
If personalization details are not provided at checkout, customers must submit them within 24 hours of placing the order.

2. Personalization Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
The personalization (name and/or image) entered at the time of placing the order is considered final and will be used for production unless the customer explicitly requests a change within 24 hours of placing the order.
We do not re-confirm personalization details if they have already been submitted through the order page, in order to avoid delays in processing.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the personalization details submitted are correct. Any errors in spelling, name format, or image selection are the customer's responsibility if they were submitted as-is with the order.
In the event a customer claims incorrect personalization after delivery, we will verify the details against the original order submission.
If the printed personalization matches the information provided, no refund or free replacement will be issued.
Refunds or free exchanges are only applicable in cases where an error was made by Bop Canvases, after internal verification.
3. Communication for Missing Details
If personalization details are missing, we will follow up via:
WhatsApp to the number provided with the order
Email to the address associated with the order
Reminder schedule:
First Reminder: Within 24 hours of order placement
Second Reminder: After 48 hours of no response
Final Reminder: At 72 hours – notifying that the order will proceed without personalization if no response is received
4. Deadline for Submission
If no response is received within 72 hours, the order will be processed without personalization to avoid delays.
Once the order is dispatched, no changes can be made to the personalization, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
Bop Canvases takes full responsibility for following up on missing personalization. However, failure to respond within the stated timeframe waives the right to any refund or complaint regarding missing personalization.
5. Proceeding Without Personalization
If the customer does not respond to repeated follow-ups, the order will be fulfilled without personalization.
A final message will be sent before processing.
6. System Glitches or Errors
In rare cases where personalization details are not captured due to a technical issue, we will contact the customer and follow the same reminder process above.
7. No Liability for Non-Response
We are not liable for any missed personalization if the customer fails to respond to communication within the stipulated timeframe.
By proceeding with an order, customers agree to this policy.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, our support team will review the order details and communication history to determine the validity of the claim.
