"Why Bop Canvases?"
It's a question I get quite often, and I completely understand why. It isn't the kind of name you hear every day.
When Chethan and I started thinking about a name for the brand, we made one decision quite early.
We didn't want to choose a name just because it sounded nice.
Names are easy to find.
Finding one that still feels meaningful years later is the difficult part.
We wanted a name that would remind us why we started this journey every time we looked at it.
That's how Bop Canvases came to life.

Let's start with Bop.
You've probably heard people say, "That movie was a flop." Or maybe an event didn't go well, and someone casually says, "It was a complete flop."
The word Bop felt like the opposite of that.
Something you genuinely enjoy, naturally recommend to someone else or leaves you thinking, "I'm really glad I bought this".
That was the feeling we wanted every product to create.

Then comes Canvases.
This part is very close to us because it reflects how we work every single day.
Everything we create at Bop Canvases starts with design.
Not after the product is ready or manufacturing is done.
Right at the beginning.
Design is the foundation.
Whenever we're working on a new product, our first conversations are rarely about colours, pricing, or packaging.
We're usually discussing questions like...
"Will this actually help someone?"
"Does this layout make sense?"
"Will someone enjoy using this six months from now?"
Those conversations shape the product long before anything goes into production.
That's what Canvases represents for us.
Every great product begins with a blank canvas.
Every idea begins with thoughtful design.

Bop Canvases means creating beautifully designed products that people genuinely love using.
That sentence has quietly guided every product we've made so far.
From our Pregnancy Journal to our Wedding Planner, Baby Memory Book, Fitness Journal, and even our Doctor's Day Book, the goal has never changed.
Create something people will enjoy coming back to.
If years from now someone picks up one of our products and says, "I'm so glad I bought this," I'll feel we've stayed true to the name we chose.
