Important Notice Regarding OTP Verification and Delivery
We have recently identified instances where delivery agents have requested OTPs over the phone, resulting in inaccurate markings of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders as "Customer Refused" or prepaid orders as "Delivered," despite the package not being delivered.
To protect your order, please provide the OTP only after you have personally received your package. Adhering to this protocol will help ensure the secure delivery of your order.
Please be advised: If you do not follow this guideline, you will be held responsible for any resulting issues, as we do not recommend sharing your OTP over the phone, which can lead to delivery complications.
While our team will make every effort to resolve any issues with the courier, we cannot guarantee a satisfactory resolution if the OTP has been verified and the status indicates that the package was delivered.
Additionally, please note that no compensation or refund will be provided if the OTP has been shared over the phone and the order is marked as delivered. As stated, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the OTP is shared only after personally receiving the package.

Delivery Dispute Policy
At Bop Canvases, we ensure all orders are shipped with reliable courier partners and provide tracking details for customers to monitor their shipments. If an order is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers must report the issue to us within 2 days of the delivery date as per the tracking update.
This 2-day window is necessary because our courier partners allow investigations only if the complaint is raised within 2 days of marking the shipment as delivered. After this period, the courier is unable to verify delivery discrepancies, making it impossible for us to escalate the issue further.
After this timeframe, we will no longer be able to investigate the matter, and no refund or replacement will be issued for the order.
